Operator and scope
These terms apply to your use of the UB2 BEAUTY website and purchases from VIROLINE GROUP Inc. Read them together with our Shipping, Refund and Return, and Privacy Policies. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights.
Products and website information
We aim to display products and information accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Follow the instructions supplied for the particular product and use it appropriately.
Product availability and future prices may change. We will not treat a change to the website as permission to change an accepted order’s agreed price. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and explain the available resolution, subject to applicable law.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. The checkout summary identifies the products, currency, prices, shipping and applicable taxes before payment. Prices for the Canadian storefront are displayed in CAD; verify the currency shown in your checkout.
Pay using an available method shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment collected for the cancelled items, subject to applicable law.
Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. A sale price or compare-at price must relate to the actual product and applicable market; the absence of an offer does not create a right to an unstated discount.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, interfere with its operation, or infringe another person’s rights.
Content and third-party services
Website content is owned by or licensed to VIROLINE GROUP Inc., or used with permission. Commercial reproduction requires permission except where allowed by law. Third-party payment, delivery or other services may have their own applicable terms; this does not remove our obligations for your purchase.

Liability and governing law
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the customer.
