Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. When an order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when tracking is available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available methods depend on the destination, order contents, and carrier. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. For Kazakhstan, standard shipping is currently expected to be approximately 4,990–6,990 KZT, subject to the available carrier and delivery address. Standard shipping is free for Kazakhstan orders of 20,000 KZT or more, before taxes, duties, discounts, and shipping charges where applicable. Other market-specific offers appear at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, route, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Customs delays may be outside our control. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee.

Customs and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, these charges are generally the customer's responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Additional shipping or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
